Itineraries

Day 1

Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Skoura – Rosas Valley - Dades Valley

We will depart Marrakech after breakfast at your hotel or riad at 8:00 am, heading towards the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2,260 meters above sea level. We will make stops to enjoy spectacular panoramic views and visit an Argan cooperative, where you will learn about the production process and discover the numerous health benefits of Argan oil.

Next, we will explore the village of Skoura, located in the heart of the Valley of the Palms. From there, we will continue through the Valley of Roses (famous for its rose cultivation) before taking of road Boutghrar to the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight stay in a lovely hotel in Dades.

Day 2

Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga

Early morning departure for the desert routes, continuing towards Tinghir and visiting the Todra Gorges (15 km from Tinghir), lunch on site. In the afternoon, departure for the city of Erfoud, passing through the Tinjdad palm grove, the Touroug palm grove, and the city of Erfoud. Visit to a fossil marble workshop.

Continue to the impressive dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi). Tonight will be special. We'll sleep in traditional Berber tents (Jaimas) on the dunes, just like the Berbers do. We'll enjoy a Berber dinner,music, and a starry sky like you've never seen before. Dinner and accommodation in an unforgettable Camp.

Day 3

Merzouga – Rissiani – Tazarine – Draa Valley – Agadez – Ouarzazate

In the morning. We will get up early so as not to miss enjoying the sunrise in the desert, so we will get up early today. After contemplating this moment, and have breakfast.

Then we will take the car back to Ouarzazate, where we will take a different route. Passing through the Tafilalet Palm Grove and the village of Rissani (capital of the Alawite sultans), we will arrive at Tazarine (an important Berber village) and Nkob (a small town). Finally, we will arrive at the Draa Valley and its amazing palm grove.

In the afternoon, we will cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n Tnifift pass (1,660 meters) towards Ouarzazate, where we will spend the night in a riad/kasbah.

Day 4

Ouarzazate – Col Tichka – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will take a trip to Ouarzazate (the Hollywood of Africa) and the Kasbah Taourirt, along with the Atlas Film Studios, the most important film studios in Africa. We will then end the tour in Marrakech.
